I've been running into some trouble and it seems like this is not possible. I'm using x2goserver on multiple servers (one at home, one at work) and it doesn't seem to be possible to connect to both at the same time. Is there a work around to allow this, or do I have to suspend one and resume the other all the time?
The problem seems to be when the reverse ssh connection is set up. It always seems to use the same port (perhaps dependant on the remote display number, which is 50 on both machines I'm connecting to since I'm the only user).
I apologize if this was already discussed on the list, but I couldn't find any info in the archives.
Thanks, Doug

I use X2go for remote administration of many desktops, and I can connect to more then one servers at the same time. I open one x2goclient-gtk for any session.
Can you explain more what problems/errors you have?

hi,
well, i can tell that it actually does work connecting to several servers from one machine at the same time. but obviously the reverse connection appears to have problems with certain internet connections. i am having troubles with the reverse connection working for only about 20 minutes and then collapsing at one place. at another place it is woring perfectly with the same server. but on another machine (using a wireless connection) it appears to not come up as well.
if anyone has an idea how to investigate and work upon this it would be great.

Hello Tobias, I have already sent to you an e-mail with possible solution of this problem. But I think, you haven't receive it.
Here is the url: http://ocaoimh.ie/how-to-fix-ssh-timeout-problems/
However, next version of x2goclient will set ssh option ServerAliveInterval=300.
I hope, that can solve the "ssh-timeout" problem
