I've just installed x2goserver-one on a new server, and I see that this is starting x2gopgwrapper every 5 minutes via sudo.

I think this is not neccessary, this is for PostgreSQL not for SQlite, or is this a wrong thought?

After "/etc/init.d/x2goserver stop" everything works without a problem.
