I don't use the X2go client with Vista, but I have heard you have to copy the program directory direct on the root of the filesystem, so not in 'C:\program files\', but in 'C:\'. No problem with XP.

I have also heard there will come a new version of X2goclient very soon what will not have this problem, see: http://www.x2go.org/blog/
