Good news everyone.
I have taken over maintaining PyHoca-GUI's Windows builds.
In preparation for the upcoming release of PyHoca-GUI 0.5.0.0, a preview build (pre02) is available to download under: http://code.x2go.org/releases/binary-win32/pyhoca-gui/previews/0.5.0.0/
(Please ignore pre01. It contained bug #536, which I just fixed.)
It is based on commit 2cec5d3: http://code.x2go.org/gitweb?p=pyhoca-gui.git;a=commit;h=2cec5d3bc9c4532fee12...
You can read the changelog here: http://code.x2go.org/gitweb?p=pyhoca-gui.git;a=blob;f=debian/changelog;h=157... (Scroll down to the bottom of 0.5.0.0 see all my Windows-specific changes)
The python-x2go code is based on commit 8d8f2a3 http://code.x2go.org/gitweb?p=python-x2go.git;a=commit;h=8d8f2a33636e84fcbf6...
You can read its changelog here: http://code.x2go.org/gitweb?p=python-x2go.git;a=blob;f=debian/changelog;h=f6...
The most notable bug I've run into is #535. It is not a regression because it affects 0.4.0.8 too: PyHoca-GUI: Windows: "The X2Go PulseAudio system could not be started." http://bugs.x2go.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=535
The simple workaround for #535 is to delete this folder after every time you run PyHoca-GUI: %USERPROFILE%\.pulse
Enjoy and please send feedback.
As always, If you are certain that you have encountered a new bug, follow these instructions for reporting it: http://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php/wiki:bugs Otherwise, discuss your issue here before reporting it as a bug.

Also, yes it still supports Windows XP :)
My reasoning for supporting XP is explained here: http://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php/doc:release-notes-mswin:x2goclient-4.0.2.0#maj...
