For some reason, I did not get errors when committing to pyhoca-contrib on my local machine, but I did get errors when pushing to pyhoca-contrib on code.x2go.org:

I am not worried about the warnings, I am worried about the errors.
I was using cygwin git.

First... Your commit should have arrive intact after that push with errors.
Second... The Git update hook script did not handle filenames with
blanks well. That were the errors you observed.
Third... I guess, it is fixed now...
