[X2go-Dev] license change for python-x2go

Hi all,

The python-x2go project on X2go Git has just received a commit that
introduces a license change for python-x2go (no other X2go subprojects
affected by this). python-x2go will be published under the

GNU Affero General Public License (v3 or higher)

with its next release. To mark this milestone the next release will be

0.1.1.4 -> 01.2.0
