Currently unlikely, for two reasons. 1) Demoing will mostly take place at the booth, not during the talk, due to time constraints (X2Go has a 45 minute slot and has 5 speakers = 9 minutes per speaker). 2) None of the X2Go volunteers signed up for the event has professional video equipment, nor experience with using such equipment.
Update on #2: We *might* have someone recording the talk. No promises if the quality will be good enough to put it online, though.
