When i check my progress list i see the process pulseaudio.exe so it is running.
When not using x2go, direct on the server pulseaudio works.
<snip> I've always noticed several prompts about unblocking processes when installing on Windows; one of those is pulseaudio. My first guess would be that Windows firewall is blocking network access to pulseaudio - John
