I was hoping there was a "hidden" option somewhere (couldn't find it in the man pages or the wiki), changing the script itself isn't desirable since an update will overwrite it.

It's really easy to find the right line ( while(sleep 5) ) in
/usr/sbin/x2gocleansessions.
You can just change this line in your setup or provide some patch to
take this variable from config file.
