Based on the things I know of Qubes (which is not much) I'd say it is unsupported. You are talking about the x2goclient, right? So I guess you need to give the x2goclient (or merely its VM) permissions to connect to the outside and to the Qubes X server. But I may be totally wrong here, just guessing.
