I had to install the DMG client from Nov. 5 as git20171029.1693.heuler.OSX_10_10.dmg <https://code.x2go.org/releases/X2GoClient_nightly_macosx/x2goclient-4.1.1.1.git20171029.1693.heuler.OSX_10_10.dmg> just hung for 20 minutes with no real logs. But with 20171105.1696.heuler.OSX_10_10.dmg <https://code.x2go.org/releases/X2GoClient_nightly_macosx/x2goclient-4.1.1.1.git20171105.1696.heuler.OSX_10_10.dmg> a coredump of packagekitd:
Uh, there haven't been any code changes today. I merely updated the bundled PulseAudio version to 11.1. X2Go Client itself was unchanged. The other nightly also missed the nxauth change, but other than that - no functional changes to x2goclient itself. Must have been something else.
Also, the packagekit crash is impossible to have been triggered by X2Go directly. It crashed while parsing a yum repository file, so it was likely a periodic refresh scheduled by the system itself that initiated this crash.
Likely an automated metadata update of RPM repositories triggered by the user login.

No, that's missing the new debug message. Are you sure you updated x2goserver before connecting?
