I can't recall all the details. It seems like that if you move mouse on the title bar of the x2go windows, it will call an application "nxclient" to show the pull-down menu. If the "nxclient" doesn't exist, it will call the application defined in environment virable NX_CLIENT, which is defined as "/usr/bin/x2gosuspend-agent" in /usr/bin/x2gostartagent. So just change NX_CLIENT in /usr/bin/x2gostartagent to "/bin/true" will make a workaround of this issue.

fixed in x2goserver-3.0.99-2. x2gostartagent starting x2goagent with option menu=0.
