[X2Go-Dev] Bug#962: windows8 pyhooca - diacritics in username

I have pyhoca windows8 client and username with diacritics (Klára) what causes 2 problems (i think)

1. it is not possible to save users pyhoca config to her homefolder. (C:/ Users/Klárka/...)

2. I think there is problem with fuse:

there is "Kl�ra" and "...cygdrive/C/Users/KLRA~1..."

(i hope that email will not convert the "?insquare" char to its proper form)
