Bug#1358: x2goclient for openSUSE 15.0 is missing

Package: x2goclient Version: 4.1.2.2 The x2goclient package for openSUSE Leap 15.0 seems to have gone missing from the official repository at <http://packages.x2go.org/opensuse/15.0/main/x86_64/>. It has been gone since at least December 2018.

Bug#1225: x2goclient / pyhoca does not honor ProxyJump in .ssh/config

Package: x2goclient; Version: 4.1.0.0 Due to the configuration of the university network, I have to first connect to a frontend, then to a node and then to a VM. To make this easy to use, I set ProxyJump in my .ssh/config. This works really well for ssh. However, it does not seem to be recognized by x2go. I have to manually tunnel the ssh port from the VM on my localhost to be able to connect there via x2go. The same is for pyhoca-cli 0.5.0.3.

x2goClient code refactoring

Hi, Whilst digging through the code in the x2goClient I've come across void ONMainWindow::processSessionConfig() in onmainwindow.cpp but I can't see anywhere where this code is called. Commenting it out along with a stack of associated code doesn't seem to have any affect. So my question is, is there something obvious I'm missing? If not I'll root through the code and find any other associated bits, rip them out and submit a patch. Cheers Dave

Bug#1479: Possible typo in two x2gothinclient scripts

package: x2gothinclient-common version: 1.5.0.2-0x2go2~git20200109.735+10.heuler.1 x2gothinclient/management/share/etc/x2gothinclient_init.d/010_x2gothinclient-fresh-home and x2gothinclient/management/share/etc/x2gothinclient_init.d/005_x2gothinclient-wipe-home contain a check if the variable X2GO_HANDLE_DAEMON is not empty. However, this variable is never filled, it seems. There is a variable X2GO_HANDLE_DAEMONS (note the extra S at the end) that gets set to "false" in some scripts. My guess is that these two scripts contain a typo and lack the S. x2go doesnt connect when using chacha ciphers

When im trying to connect it says: ``` key error: no match for method encryption client -> server: server [chacha20-poly1305(a)openssh.com] client [aes256-ctr, aes192-ctr , aes128-ctr , aes256-cbc , aes192-cbc , aes128-cbc, blowfish-cbc , 3des-cbc] ``` Though connecting using SSH works just fine. here is the sshd logs: ``` Jun 20 22:00:50 host sshd[4651]: Unable to negotiate with xxx.xxx.xx.xxx port xxxxx no matching cipher found. Their$ Jun 20 22:01:29 host sshd[4709]: Unable to negotiate with xxx.xxx.xx.xxx port xxxxx: no matching cipher found. Their$ Jun 20 22:01:40 host sshd[4727]: Accepted publickey for user from xxx.xxx.xx.xxx port xxxxx ssh2: ED25519 SHA256:/sA$ Jun 20 22:02:50 host sudo: user : TTY=pts/0 ; PWD=/home/pi ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/bin/nano /var/log/auth.log Jun 20 22:02:50 host sudo: pam_unix(sudo:session): session opened for user root by user(uid=0) ``` first 2 attempts done through x2go which failed due to no matching ciphers , last attempt done through ssh which worked just fine. x2go doesnt work from Qubes OS

I wonder why x2go doesnt connect using Qubes OS? i have tested x2go from debian it works ok , but when using it from Qubes OS it doesnt connect with message saying "connection refused" though ssh works fine from the same machine on Qubes OS. So is there extra needed package to be installed? or its just unsupported? *Tested on Debian Buster Template ThX!

Bug#1477: x2goclient doesn't prompt for password after authentication failure if server is using google-authenticator

Package: x2goclient Version: 4.1.2.2 I have installed Google Authenticator on my x2go server, and use keyboard-interactive for ssh passwords. If I mistype my password in x2goclient, it won't offer me another password prompt, but repeatedly asks for the Verification code until sshd on the server gets bored and closes the connection. Expected behaviour: if the login is not successful, prompt for both password and verification code again. x2goserver: Scientific Linux 7.7 - 3.10.0-1062.12.1.el7.x86_64 x2goclient: Fedora 32 - 5.6.14-300.fc32.x86_64 Cheers Toby
