Bug#475: same problem with 4.0.2.1 on Yosemite

I see to have the same problem on x2goclient v4.0.2.1, running on Macosx/Yosemite causes high cpu on server Desktop used LXDE, connection works fine but the openbox executable uses lots of cpu. Running x2goclient on Window/Linux has no problem using the same server. Bug#443: x2goclient 4.0.2.0 HEAD FTBFS (resources.rcc errors)

Package: x2goclient Version: 4.0.2.0 Observed on Commit 5d7d9966198d64ce7846c4f65706f9e9e178e8d7 (Fri, 28 Feb 2014 13:02:50 +0000 (14:02 +0100)) X2Go Client 4.0.2.0 HEAD failed to build from source. I am using the standard setup which has worked for 4.0.1.3: mingw32 4.4 QT 4.8.5 X2Go-WinBuilder VM (WIn7 64-bit SP1) See attached logs. They are what happens when I run the last 2 commands mentioned in this list: $ cd x2goclient $ PATH=%PATH%;D:\MinGW\libexec\gcc\mingw32\4.4.0\ $ config_win.bat $ mingw32-make >From this page: http://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php/wiki:development:build-howto-mswin:x2goclient Note that there are errors in both config_win.bat's output, and in mingw32-make's output. And they seem to be related to resources.rcc not finding files.

Bug#344: X2Go Client does not query ssh-agent for SSH proxy authentication

Package: x2goclient Version: 4.0.1.1 By some reason, SSH proxy authentications utilizing passphrase-locked SSH keys let pop up the passphrase dialog. Session profiles that do not use the SSH proxy settings can happily authenticate via ssh-agent, also for locked keys. Package: x2goserver Version: 4.0.1.19-0~1064~ubuntu14.04.1 description: after installing a fresh OS template to a server that runs OpenVZ and then installing x2goserver and also a GUI (tested all of these: XFCE/MATE/GNOME) - i logged in remotely via x2goclient and saw the error in a popup: stdin: is not a tty this also occurs for me using some other OSs in the same environment. i have searched online and only found reference to this error in the context of standard console SSH connections, not to x2go connections.

Package: vcxsrv Version: 1.17 With the latest x2go Windows client (4.0.4.0), the embedded X server (vcxsrv 1.17) does not support the -noprimaryclipboard option that is available through the preferences in the x2go client gui. The primaryclipboard behaviour is very annoying with Windows so disabling it is a good idea except that it can't be done with latest release, when running, I get a debug windows stating clearly that this parameter is not supported. Bug#1135: MySQL Database backend support

package: x2goserver priority: wishlist tags: patch This is a proposal patch for a MySQL session storage database backend for X2Go Server. I did this simply because : 1) I'm not used to PostgreSQL and much more skilled with MySQL 2) I do believe MySQL is pretty common on Linux and is widely spread so I guess this can be useful for many other people willing to build a strong TCE setup and not willing to dig into PostgreSQL 3) I find it a lot easier to build a multi-master replication scenario with MySQL than with PostgreSQL (but as I said, I'm much more skilled wih MySQL) This backend is tightly inspired by the PostgreSQL backend and work exactly the same so this is a drop in replacement for it, til now, all my tests seems to work correctly, feel free to test by yourself and report errors. Bug#618: KDE panel and LXDE panel are hidden after login to x2go session

Package: x2goagent Version: 2:3.5.0.27-0~446~ubuntu14.04.1 Package: x2goserver Version: 4.0.1.15-0~847~ubuntu14.04.1 Package: x2goserver-extensions Version: 4.0.1.15-0~847~ubuntu14.04.1 Package: x2goclient Version: 4.0.2.1+hotfix1+build4 Server = Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS (x86) Client = Windows 8.1 (x86_64) After logging into x2go Server, I see either KDE or LXDE start up, as configured. Start up finishes but the panel in either KDE or LXDE is not shown. I press Alt+F2 to open the 'Run' application and start xterm. I run 'xrandr -s 1280x720', the x2go/X11 window size changes OK and the menu in either KDE or LXDE shows up automatically. I saw that someone had ran into this bug in 2012: http://readlist.com/lists/gentoo.org/gentoo-user/33/169010.html but there was just a temporary resolution to the problem.
