Linphone freezes randomly with X2Go

Hi, I use Linphone as a SIP phone for VoIP use in our TCE setup. It works very well but sometimes, the application freezes, the GUI becomes grey and the desktop behaves strangely (windows don't refresh properly, most of the desktop is practicaly unusable). The session doesn't crash and the freeze last from a few seconds to 2-3 minutes sometimes.
