Bug 465 also describes slowness. Bug 465 also documents that the problem is intermittent and illustrates that point in the attached document that contains a plot that shows that the problem gets progressively worse but can suddenly be absent. However, even though the problem can become absent, it very shortly returns.

X2go patch is to communicate with all application servers and receive rate of loading. The higher is the less loaded server. Coefficient considered of CPU clock frequency, number of cores, LA, number of users per server. We added modules Sys::Info and Sys::Load in x2gobroker-agent.pl

Deps on notify-python

I see that pyhoca-cli and pyhoca-gui are configured to require notify-python. However, it doesn't look like pyhoca-cli uses it. Also, notify-python has been dropped from RHEL7, presumably in favor of python-inotify.
