x2go client for mac osx

Hi, Is there somebody with x2go client working in MAC OS X Leopard or Snow Leopard? I have try in two different mac box and I always get the same message info "Can't connect to X-Server. Please check your settings". In settings looks like all ok (path to X11.app in mac osx is ok and verify it got right permissions). X-Server in both macs are installed and running. I have try to connect to nomachine linux server and X works fine. Some tips? Regards, Ricardo Díaz

Hi! I am working on a X2go client for Android/iOS the client gui is done, i am working on the libraries for ARM under android and iOS. i took the x2goplugin (the little´s standalone x2goclient) as base for my development. it requires this files: libx2go.so libXcomp.so libXcomp.so.3 libXcomp.so.3.4.0 nxproxy sftp-server sshd sftp-server and sshd are done (not exactly rocket science), but i need to build the others, for libXcomp.so in www.nomachine.com/sources.php i can download a pack of source code. ¿will it work with x2go? ¿is it different? where can i download the official x2go source for those files? about libx2go.so ¿wich source package provides it? Thanks in advance for any help. (All the work i am doing will be documented so, other people can get working x2goclients and when i get my client finished i will be glad of make it available for all x2gousers). Mac OS X GUI - not connecting

I start the new 3.99.1 r2 release and the gui will not connect. The last status shown ist "connecting" but the nx log in the detail window will not showed. libssh, nagle, and performance issues

Hello, all. Since moving to the newer clients using libssh, I've noticed what appears to be a performance degradation. It smells like Nagle coalescing packets, e.g., most of the screen will paint, then it will pause a moment, and then the rest will paint. Is there any chance we have neglected to disable Nagle when invoking libssh? [PATCH] Fix compilation of nxcomp on Mac OS X 10.5.

The Mac OS X 10.5 SDK requires the second argument of FD_ISSET to be writeable, although it does only access the data. Given that we have a const pointer for a const struct, copy and pass that. Note that this is merely a workaround for OS X 10.5, as 10.6 and later define the second argument of FD_ISSET as const struct const *foo, too. It it safe, as data is accessed read-only by FD_ISSET, even on 10.5. Detect the current X11 socket by examining the DISPLAY environment variable, which is set to some UNIX socket path by launchd on each user login. Do a connection test via this UNIX socket. Let nxproxy use the X server via the provided UNIX socket, instead of connecting via TCP. This allows users to shutdown network connections for X11, which is a potential security risk. Even more so, if connection authentication is turned off, which is required for "strange" setups via ssh tunnels, it opens up your machine to any other computer it is reachable by with no authentication. Like it is with mo and po files? If yes, why is it searching for qm files? Calling qmake like that is what I'm doing for years now and it worked till 3.99.0.6. I saw in the wiki, that there is now an installation instruction using "make && make install". But I had to patch the Makefile for that. Is there a majority of distros calling the tools lrelease-qt4 and qmake-qt4 or is it just Debian and its sibblings? Oliver
