Windows clipboard solution in next release?

I believe Heinz recently mentioned that the Windows full screen issue would be addressed in the next plugin release (and I suppose the next client release). Will that release also address the Windows clipboard issue, i.e., will using the clipboard be an option? Thanks - John

x2goclient fails cannot connect to xserver

hello, installation with ldap: the program x2goclient ( in /opt/x2gothinclient/usr/bin ) starts, but exits with the message "cannot connect to X server" . the parameter file /opt/x2gothinclient/etc/default/x2gothinclient is present, but also if it is not present it gives the same error-messages. please send us the necessary information about parametrisation of this program. the program is started again and again on the thin-client("endless loop"). michel and paul

Prevent session suspending and resuming

Hi, I would like to do a simple thing, but x2goserver (apparently propose no option/configuration). Is this : [limit users] #beispielb=1 [limit groups] #x2gousers=1 The only options available ? I would like to do two things : - prevent users from suspending their session - prevent users from resuming their session The reason why is that I would propose Firefox session for my users, each with a different profile (managed by my webapp), but all on one account on the computer. Right now, if an user starts the session, he can see all the sessions (other users, and other kind of session). Is there a way to prevent this ? Or use some kind of "filter" command automatically ? Note : I really can't use multiple accounts on the computer. Regards, gml

plugin is crashing firefox on Ubuntu 10.04 i386

Installation went fine. When trying to connect to the test server the browser (firefox 3.6.6) is crashing with the following error: firefox-bin: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :0.0. firefox-bin: ../../src/xcb_io.c:249: process_responses: Assertion `(((long) (dpy->last_request_read) - (long) (dpy->request)) <= 0)' failed. Aborted firefox-bin: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :0.0. creating a new firefox profile did not work. any other ideas? Soeren

about x2goplugin

I've come across some stuff on the www about x2go plugin for firefox. Since I'm having problems connecting to my server with the windows client, I've been wondering if the plugin would help accomplish the same thing. so, will the plugin connect just like the client? i've added the plugin but I see no way to modify the server URL or username or any other connection details.

If its just the size of the file that's a problem can you possibly just quota the log file's size? Manage Log File size on Ubuntu<http://www.watchingthenet.com/how-to-manage-log-file-size-archive-deletion.…>is one writeup which gives a lot of detail on how to use LogRotate. I think this is the Man page for LogRotate<http://linuxcommand.org/man_pages/logrotate8.html> . If you are just trying to figure out how to reduce the number of messages the above won't help. Hello, we use the x2goserver-home with ubuntu and debian lenny as x2go-Thinclients. x2goserver: nxcompshad 3.4.0-1-1 x2goagent 3.4.0-3-1 x2goserver 3.0.1-5 x2goserver-home 3.0.1-1 x2goserver-one 3.0.1-1 x2goclient: pinentry-x2go 0.7.5-2 x2goclient 3.01-5 x2gothinclient 1.0.1-1 x2gousbmount 1.0.1-1 The main function of this system is the fast change between different pcs with the same session. But sometimes we have to stop the session, because after reconnect we doesn't got the screen. The log-files say that the session is resumed. What can i do to reconnect this session? --- Another problem is the change of keyboard-settings. In the session change the encoding we can only close the session and start a new one. thank you, Falk

nxagent version

Hi developers, nxagent 3.4.0-3-9-0 used by x2go has the issue of writing millions of "nxagentHandleReparentNotify: WARNING! Failed QueryTree request." to session log. And according to "http://www.nomachine.com/tr/view.php?id=TR10G02287", this issue was fixed in nxagent-3.4.0-4. I also notice that nxagent-3.4.0-5.tar.gz has already been in the repository. Is there any plan to update nxagent recently? Thanks in advance. Max
