I tried it with Firefox. The error does not happen in this case - anyhow 
it happens only when window frames are crossing.
But I had a different difficulty: the menus in the first line didn't 
work. When clicking on them, only a short flash appeared and 
disappeared. I was not able to leave the program and had to restart the box.
