[X2Go-User] Please help I am stuck with Socket Error: Unknown error

1. At what point do you get the message "Socker Error: Unknown error"?
I get this
 error while creating a session screen shot attached.
2. Is the message a pop-up or something?
Yes, as shown in the screen shot.
3. Assuming it happens as you are attempting to start a session, run "x2golistsessions" on the server both before and after attempting to start one. We also terminated this session and I tried my session only but that did not work either.

4. Install and run the "debug" build with the x2goclient installer. Run the debug build from the start menu. Expand the terminal window that is opened (so that there are as few line wraps as possible.) Reproduce the bug. I posted this question before but had no luck in finding a solution. Since last month my windows 10 computer with x2go client stopped working with Linux Ubuntu 14.4 x2go server. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client but it did not help. In the mean time my co-league's x2go client still works. I captured packets on my computer as attached, all I see is the connection was reset. Why and how to fix it I don't can someone please help?
