[X2Go-User] Upgrading to nx-libs 3.5.99.1 on Fedora 24

You have 2 good options:

1. Clone the repo locally and build it. To do so more easily, use mock.
https://github.com/ArcticaProject/nx-libs

2. Wait for me to create a copr repo (analogous to a PPA.) I should
have time to create one this weekend.
