[X2Go-User] [X2go-User] x2go is disconnecting

Hello
Sometime x2go lose connection and produce error:
addons.productaddons    WARN    Failed downloading XML, status: 0, reason:
error
Warning from window manager: Log level 8: IA__gtk_widget_set_colormap:
assertion 'GDK_IS_COLORMAP (colormap)' failed
What can cause it and how to solve this problem? I didn't find anything
accurate by googling :(
server OS: redhat
client OS: windows 7
desktop environment: mate
x2go client version: 4.0.5
Qt version 4.8.6
