Hello all,
I just upraded from version 3.99 (I think it was) to the latest - 4.0.1.2.
I both the previous version and this one, I found that when pulseaudio.exe
runs (starts when x2goclient i started), sound from Youtube and other
applications is muffled and turned down slightly (audible).
Killing pulseaudio.exe would remedy that. I don't need sound in x2go-client
and I would have hoped that having sound disabled in my profile, I wouldn't
have to kill pulseaudio.exe every time I run x2goclient.. but no.
Anyway.. in 3.99 I would kill pulseaudio.exe and all would be fine, but
then I upgraded to 4.0.1.2 .. now I can kill pulseaudio.exe, but it will
immediately be restarted.. Urgh.. Now I have to rename the pulseaudio.exe
file so x2go can't restart it.
My question: Could you please make it possible to either not install
pulseaudio at all or at least produce a clever way of not having x2go start
it at runtime?
Cheers and thanks for an otherwise great application :)
/rené
