[X2Go-User] client side printing

If X2Go Server and CUPS server are hosted on the same machine, then  
nothing needs to done. Printing should work out-of-the box, once you  
have the Virtual X2Go Printer set up in CUPS.

If CUPS server and X2Go Server(s) is/are hosted on different machines,  
then you need to deploy public SSH keys so that x2goprint at CUPS-Server  
can connect to x2goprint at x2goserver (AFAIR).
