[X2go-user] instructions for installing client and server from source

Great.  Once you do this x2go should appear on all GNU/Linux distributions
and since NX is going closed and away, x2go can fill in the place of freenx
and should be very popular, even replacing VNC if the steps to set up a
server and a client can be just as simple.
