[X2Go-Project] RfC: New Rules for X2Go: The Gathering 2017

These sound good to me, including all the rules.

Personally, the biggest objection I had to August is that FOSSCON
(Philadelphia's annual open source convention) takes place on some
weekend each August, and they don't announce which weekend all that
far ahead of time. Due to an unfortunate coincidence, it happened to
be the same weekend that the Gathering took place. So I missed
FOSSCON.
