The general idea was to use Gitlab as both a nice graphical UI for git
and an issue tracker.

I have also heard good things Phabricator from a FreeBSD developer in
another channel, though. He was really enthusiastic about it.

However, Heinz felt very strongly about postponing the issue until the
next developer meeting:

That's why it's all still TBD and I can't go ahead setting anything up.

(Despite being kind of busy myself with RPM build script fixes, X2Go
Client OS X fixes, NX fixes, ... so I wasn't too adverse to waiting.)
