1. The Jenkins builds are working.

2. We are now safely on Windows 7, and the Windows 10 upgrade prompts
are gone until MS MS re-issues GWX (KB3035583), like they do every few
months. Actually, they may even be gone permanently.

3. Cygwin sshd is not starting. However, we aren't even using it
anyway; Japsand does not have the VM mounted via sshfs.
