[X2Go-i18n] releases+translations of X2Go Client / PyHoca-GUI

outcome of my requests so far...

The ETA for the Dutch PyHoca-GUI translation is Wednesday 28th. So the  
PyHoca-GUI release will be postponed till then.

We probably have a candidate for working on the Finnish translations  
of X2Go components.

Hopefully, other people for not-yet-available languages join in.
