[x2go-i18n] call for translation: x2goclient, pyhoca-gui

Hi,

 From the start some of the strings in the Norwegian Bokmal .ts file 
wasn't possible to translate with QT Linguist (they were greyed out).
Today I took a look inside the .ts file and found that all those strings 
was marked with:

<translation type="obsolete">

I removed the type declaration in the file by hand, and those strings 
where now possible to translate.

Attached is a patch with the result which I now believe to be a 100% 
translation of x2goclient to Norwegian Bokmal.
