Description of problem:
Cannot execute puhoca-gui application because of the changes in wxpython4 -
wx.TaskBarIcon is moved to wx.adv.TaskBarIcon

How reproducible:
run pyhoca-gui

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open command line
2. run pyhoca-gui

Actual results:
