You probably need to import the key(s) using

# rpm --import http://packages.x2go.org/pub.key

About a year ago, I changed the signing key to consolidate both RPM and dpkg
keys. AFAIR they were different for some reason (and even more confusingly, RPM
packages were signed with a "debian" key, while dpkg packages were signed with
some other key.)
