I don't understand with pVisual is reported to be 0x0 in 
nxagentResolveColor(), but that seems the most suspicious thing.  Also, do we 
want to disable SIGFPE?

After the first connection with x2go future connections (or reconnections) to
the server often hang or cause a crash.
