[X2Go-Dev] Error when using roll-tarball.sh for nx-libs server

Upon further investigation, it appears to be an issue using quilt with 
Cygwin. See my report here:

I don't know if the bug is something actually Cygwin or something in 
quilt itself that is only manifesting when run from Cygwin.

 From what I can tell, there is nothing wrong with the patch.
