[X2go-dev] Any pointers on using x2go with chroot?

I don't have an answer for you. I can tell you we are running X2Go with
VServer which is sort of a glorified chroot so it does work. We made
many customizations but these were mostly for optimization and to
account for restricted rights to kernel activities.
I'm unfamiliar with jailkit. Is there any chance this is an Xauthority
issue? What happens if you SSH rather than X2Go and try to run a simple
X application like xterm? Sorry I can't be of more help - John
