Hi Paul,
   I don't know why but it seems to have improved a lot and people connecting in
has also said it has improved. So maybe the libraries or something must have
done it. It was really slow before installing freenx. Most of the users are
using it from the internet not local lan. Even when I connect to it using 3G has
improved even when printing. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but
the Ubuntu is running as a dom0 64bit.
