I would also advice you to invest in raid (=2 big disks). I use software
raid. Don't use fake-raid (search Google for more info).

I am not sure you need 2 servers, but maybe it's difficult to get parts
in Afrika. Maybe you don't need a complete server, but only parts like a
mainboard and a power supply.

That's OK for the clients, but for the server you need a fast processor.
I think you can do it with 70-80 watt for the server. I can tell you
more about my hardware configuration if you like.
