      from  43da15a   src/sshmasterconnection.cpp: libssh < 0.6.0 does not have the ssh_options_get () API, but instead expects users to pull out information directly from the ssh_session structure.
       new  9e96ba4   src/sshmasterconnection.cpp: turns out libssh < 0.6.0 doesn't support fetching the host, port and username parameters at all.
